If you have visited Woodstock, Vermont you have most likely experienced The Yankee Bookshop and enjoyed shelves of carefully selected books and treasures. Then stepped outside to take a photo of that adorable yellow awning.
If you live in Woodstock, this independent bookshop is a downtown staple and owners, Kari & Kristian, are beloved community members. We were all excited when they set a date and I was honored when they asked me to document their event.
The pair were married on Halloween at the East End Park in Woodstock with their immediate family members as witnesses. The ceremony was preformed by Rev. Dr. Leon Dunkley, Minister at North Chapel. Kari’s hair and makeup were done by the talented ladies at Splendid Chaos Full Service Salon.
